Q:  Who is CAM?

Community Association Management, LLC (aka CAM) is the Association's management agent. CAM handles the day-to-day operations of the Association.  Please contact CAM should you have any questions regarding the association's operations, account status, or enforcement of the Covenants & Restrictions.  CAM's contact information is below:

Q:  When are Association annual assessments due?

Invoices are mailed to each homeowner January 1. Payment is due within 30 days and considered delinquent 15 days after the due date. Owners may submit a check via mail or in person or you can access your account online and pay via credit/debit card or bank ACH.  Please contact CAM to receive information about setting up the portal access.

Q:  When do the pool open and close for the season?

The pool opens the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and remains open through Labor Day weekend.  Weather permitting, the pool may remain open longer.  

Q:  How do I gain access to the pool?

Pool access cards are issued to homeowners through CAM.  The cards are activated each year when the pool opens and deactivate upon closure.  Cards will not be activated for any lot that has an outstanding balance due to the association.  To enter the gate you must have your pool card.  You simply hold the card next to the reader and the gate will unlock.

Q:  What happens if my pool card is lost or stolen?

For security purposes, only one pool card is issued per household.  Report a lost or stolen card promptly to CAM so the card can be deactivated.  Owners may purchase a replacement card through CAM for $25.00 (refunds will not be issued for lost/stolen cards found after the purchase of a replacement card).
